My wife and I were in need of a home desktop computer as our 6 year old laptop was really struggling with today’s demands. We were helped by an extremely knowledgeable, very kind and patient staff member named Caleb W. He thoroughly selected components for a build which perfectly matched our use case, came in within our budget and also aligned aesthetics to suit our office/gaming space. Since then we’ve been back to the store to buy other bits and pieces for our home network setup and helped by him again, absolutely outstanding staff member. On pickup of the build, the staff at the back of the store ran through everything I needed to know for setting it up. The entire process from start to finish at Computer Alliance has been incredible. This is my new favourite store, living out in Ipswich it’s a bit of a drive but absolutely worth it 🙂

I ordered parts from them to build a new PC and this is my report: 1) They have an extensive range. 2) Their prices are competitive, and many are either below RRP or on sale. 3) Some products have free shipment. 4) They offer payment via bank transfer and BPay. 5) I got express post, but only got charged $35. That's probably because they honoured some of my purchases having free shipment. 6) You get an email confirmation of your order. 7) They deliver to PO Boxes. 7) I purchased my order on a Friday, paid via BPay, and got my order delivered the next Wednesday. I've built my machine, and it's all good. I'm very happy with the company and my purchase.

Fantastic, helpful service. Bought a brand new, custom-built PC within my budget with help from staff. Took less than 2 days to get the order, and set-up was made very easy with detailed instructions. Performance is great. Would shop again.

Just had an upgrade on my laptop that I had purchased from this store a few years ago. Back at the initial sale to the upgrade, the customer service has been amazing and so helpful. A fantastic experience from initial sale to after service. Will be continuing to come back again and again here.

My interactions with and purchases from Computer Alliance have been only been for online purchases, but I've found them to accommodative and flexible on purchasing decisions, which is a big plus relative to other computer chip sellers to retail (i.e. all the big players selling chips & computer parts as listed on pcpartpicker). While Computer Alliance may not always be the cheapest, their customer service is among the best I've dealt with among the big players in Australia. They have some good staff, and when they say they'll call you back to follow up on requests, they mean it (again, unlike some other big players in Australia). My dealings have primarily been with Cael, who has been great to work with, and I recommend dealing with him. He is patient, switched on and effective at handling customer requests.

5 stars to Gabriel for fixing an issue with a dual screen compatibility. I purchased an ultrawide screen to substitute one of my existing dual screens alongside my HP all in 1. Initially my HP wouldn't give the required screen resolution to support the new ultra wide screen. After some troubleshooting I couldn't make it work, so Gabriel spent about an hour with me on the phone trying a work around, before selling me an add on device that would make it work. Unfortunately the workaround didn't work and I had to purchase the add on, but Gabriel went above and beyond trying to avoid it. Thanks mate, much respect

Couldn't be any better. I am not interested in personalities or niceties, these guys know there stuff, identify issues and solve them, my purchases have been seamless and perfect. that's what i want and that's what i got. Brett is fast accurate and completely business like. no issues recommending them to people who just want to get there stuff running without all the fluff and customer service rubbish
